Kathy Manion, Signature Homes Group, provides real estate services for buyers and sellers in the Metro Area.
Kathy Manion graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Masters Degree in Business. Kathy is a full time licensed Real Estate Agent, Team Lead of Signature Homes Group and the Principle Owner of M-Squared Properties LLC. She currently owns four investment properties: two in Minnesota and two in Florida. Kathy has also personally renovated and sold several homes in Minnesota.
Kathy firmly believes that most buyers are seeing properties first on the internet which is why she gives all of her listings a large internet presence. She also utilizes many lead search engines which work to bring potential buyers to a home including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and more. She includes professional photography and high end virtual tours, which is key to drawing buyers to a home. Professional staging services are provided at no cost to the seller. Several marketing vendors are used including American Lifestyle, Spacecrafters and Vista Print.
Kathy focuses on being accessible to her clients. She answers her phone and if you happen to get her voicemail you can be assured she will call you back promptly. E-mail and text are also effective means of communication; she will accommodate to meet your needs. Kathy also has a marketing and transaction coordinator, Janet Ertl, who is available to help and answer any questions as needed.
